[Our disintegrated thoughts and passion]
Our disintegrated thoughts and passion Sing the circumference of our lives Drives us into our lonely depression But we cannot breathe without it inside Nor can we lie with the gift of knowledge Yet we have faith and a will to believe We deny humanities right to judge Then hide behind virtues wall to deceive We make up stories then oft we live them And rob the men’s right to live up their own Plant new notions in fantastical stems Then neglect the reality of dawn If reasonable doubts lack tomorrow Suspicious hearts and minds can never grow |
